Lots of people suffer from anxiety, including myself. Whilst it may be helpful sometimes, there can come a time that it becomes too much. Some of the things I have learnt to help with this are:

* Breathing techniques

* Focusing on the here and now

* Being consciously aware of your body/Grounding

* Relaxation exercises

* Taking time out for yourself/Self care

Anxiety can affect any of us, and it may be that you need to talk to someone about how you are feeling. Whilst thinking about this may bring up that very feeling of anxiety, I aim to make my clients feel at ease, whilst offering a safe, confidential space for you to share your feelings. If you would like to book an appointment please feel free to call or email me, so we may talk about your requirements.
