My Services
I work in an integrative way, with what the client wants to bring to the session. I aim to build a warm, empathic, non-judgmental relationship that enables you to feel free to talk about your feelings the way you want to. I believe that you hold the key to the way forward and that together we can help you find that.
I have experience of working with a number of issues and have particular interest in autism, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and vulnerability.
Sessions are 50 mins and charged at £50 per session payable by bank transfer in advance or in cash on the day (for outside therapy).
Taking the first step is the hardest but the start of the journey to heal and move forward with your goals in life.
