It can be scary to contact a counsellor and come to therapy for the first time. I can remember clearly how I felt, unsure and didn't know what to expect the first time I had counselling. But I was made to feel safe and that I mattered, what I had to say was important.
It is important to me to offer a space that you may feel safe enough to explore your feelings and trust that I will not judge you, and am able to sit with you alongside your feelings whilst we talk through them together.
